2 Communications

We communicate events and topical issues diversely. Therefore it is recommended that you actively follow the different information channels. Report your valid contact details to the college, these include your address, telephone number and e-mail address. Update your changed contact details to the Wilma platform immediately. The educational institution is not responsible for any damage or loss to the student if the contact details are not up-to-date.

2.2 Student feedback

We collect student feedback through different channels and extensively throughout the study path. We use student surveys organised at regular intervals to chart students’ opinions of studying and the educational institution with the purpose of developing our operations. It is possible to respond to electronic surveys and feedback questionnaires anonymously and replies are not connected to individuals. It helps us to develop our operations if you can explain the reasons behind your feedback. Your feedback is important to us!
